道地大馬美食
主角登場!令人食指大動的福建麵和最適合在下雨天里吃的熱騰騰鹵麵上桌。另外,我們也點了蕉葉燒魚,老板娘附送一碟燒蘇東。今天的食物既非中式,亦非西式,而是融合多元文化的道地大馬美食,很有大馬特色。
福建麵和燒魚都是重口味的食物,究竟會不會掩蓋了葡萄酒的香味呢?試試看才會懂哦!我們輪流試喝四瓶口感各異的葡萄酒,由白至紅,由輕酒體至重酒體,不同的酒配搭不同的食物,各有風味。喝酒是很個人的事,各人口感不同,喜好也不同,綜合大家的意見,得出如下總結。
