蕉葉燒魚配紅酒有驚喜
建議配搭:意大利Vino Dino Poeti Spumante Rose桃紅葡萄酒
口感:由意大利北部威尼斯地區產的Rabosa和Pinot Noir葡萄混合調制而成,帶有蘋果香、覆盆子莓香,適合當餐前酒或與魚肉配搭。
評語:冰鎮過的桃紅葡萄酒最適合大熱天飲用,配搭熱辣燒魚竟有驚喜之感,喝了紅酒再吃臭豆,居然臭也變成香。
Sambal夠味卻不會太辣太搶味,雞肉魚的鮮味與清新芬芳的酒香,融合在一起制造了極佳口感,再次驗證微帶辛辣的食物與汽泡酒是絕配。”
